Getting to know the couple how they met what they love and don’t love.
With all the things that could possibly go wrong on your wedding day, wouldn't it be nice to feel confident in knowing that your special day was professionally planned to go exactly as wanted, giving you one less thing to worry about?
During the reception, our coordinator always steps back to take in the big picture, overseeing elements like the overall appearance of the setting, the pace of each activity, like the traditional dances, bouquet toss, garter, and cake cutting, and money dance. Checking the volume of music and making whatever adjustments necessary to “keep the event on schedule”.
Our coordinators are personal and friendly and have an awesome capacity for details, like our timelines and expertise to make your special day a unique and memorable experience. Everything is customized to make their special day perfect.
Guiding you to choose the right music for your reception we will provide you with music lists for the Grand Entrance, First Dance, Traditional dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, money dance and the dance music you prefer for your special night that will make it easy and fun.
