We offer planning consultations and personalized service.  We can even make planning your entertainment and musical selections simple and easy.  Our talented DJ's and MC's take great pride in being courteous, cooperative and professional. We have different types of deejays to fit every occasion. 

Not sure on what you want to happen at your reception?  We can assist you with the planning of all aspects of your reception that involve our services as the MC traditionally those include the grand entrance, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, bridal party dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and any other interactive events you may want.  You can be as traditional or non-traditional as you want.  You decide!

Reception Coordination

 

Elegant Weddings by Q-It-Up Entertainment is now providing Reception Coordination.  We have developed relationships with some of the top wedding vendors, flowers, photographers, caterers and can recommend professionals suitable for your budget and theme.  Getting to know the couple how they met what they love and don’t love.

 

During the reception, our coordinator always steps back to take in the big picture, overseeing elements like the overall appearance of the setting, the pace of each activity, like the traditional dances, bouquet toss, garter, and cake cutting, and money dance.  Checking the volume of music and making whatever adjustments necessary to “keep the event on schedule”.

 

Our coordinators are personal and friendly and have an awesome capacity for details, like our timelines and expertise to make your special day a unique and memorable experience.  Everything is customized to make their special day perfect.

 

Guiding you to choose the right music for your reception we will provide you with music lists for the Grand Entrance, First Dance, Traditional dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, money dance and the dance music you prefer for your special night that will make it easy and fun.

We really enjoy guiding people choosing music that’s right for them.  When we see people from all age groups out on the dance floor having a great time then we know we’ve done a good job.
